Instead of bringing Qerros who attack innocent people to justice, it seems OPD, the Oromia government created by the TPLF, is arresting Ethiopians who defended themselves against terrorism.
This shows that ODP is populated with Qerro sympathizers and criminals who cooperate .
The strength of Qerros (aka trained Wayane dogs) is not their numbers but that they are organized. Ethiopians should also organize themselves to defend themselves.
The Qerros terrorists have no right to attack or threaten anyone. If you are Amhara of any other tribe living in the fictional tribal zone called Oromia, the land you have been living on is your own.
